Use elmtree chat with document pseudonymization, anonymous LLM connection, and clear fair-use allowances. The following content mirrors the upgrade plan area in the app.

All plans can be cancelled at the end of the current billing period. All prices include VAT. Self-service is only available for Germany in this version. The binding prices and discounts are always shown in the app's checkout dialog.

Allowances and usage
Your fair-use allowance (shown as credits in the app) renews in monthly usage windows — for paid plans on the day of the month your subscription started, regardless of the billing interval you chose. A quarterly subscription therefore spans three consecutive allowance windows, not a single one for the whole quarter. Unused allowances expire at the end of each window and do not carry over.
Generated images (web app only)
The image quota counts successfully generated images within the same usage window as your other quotas; the reset time is shown in your account overview. Failed, cancelled, or provider-rejected requests do not consume an image. Images are generated in standard resolution (no HD), stored only locally in your browser, and labelled as AI-generated. Image generation is available exclusively to signed-in users in the web app at elmtree-chat.com — not in the iOS and Android apps. Each successfully generated image also consumes regular fair-use quota for the model call, in addition to the piece quota.
What happens if I stop a response?
You can stop a running response at any time. For your allowance this means:
- If you stop before the response has visibly started, nothing is counted.
- If you stop after text has already been produced, the output generated up to that point counts against your allowance. If the model provider has not delivered a final usage record, we estimate the consumption from the streamed content.
This applies to all accounts equally, including free usage. It keeps the fair-use model fair: a cancelled but already generated response causes the same cost as one you read to the end.
